- 5 hours of antenatal education split into 2x2.5 hour zoom sessions
- All course materials will be emailed to you
- Hypnobirthing tracks recorded in my voice
- A birth partner hypnobirthing script

- You will also have my support from the moment you sign up until you feel like you no longer need me
